Yogas and the chakras

Kundalini-yoga

In Tibetan yoga, there are several terrms for kundlini-yoga (candali-yoga)
kundali and kundalini are terms for the same thing as candali and candalini: caṇḍālī: चण्डाली (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ་, tummo) kundali: कुण्डलि Caṇḍālinī: चण्डालिनी kuṇḍalinī: कुण्डलिनी Yoga: योग

Yoga danda

This is a yoga-danda. Yoga-danda litterally means "yogic stick" but specifically refers to this instrument which can be used to change nostil dominace. The Western research on nostil dominance seems to have mixed results (which I am certain can be resolved by looking at the research methodology critically). In general, nostril dominance is associated with various physical, mental, emotional states within yogic traditions. I am confident these will mostly be proved accurate in carefully controled research. Simply put, press the yoga-danda into the left armpit, and the right nostril will open more... And visa-vesa. A truly simple life-hack.

The Strangest Book on the Six Yogas of Naropa

I own many books on the Six Yogas of Naropa. This book is easily the oddest of them. Despite this (or mabe because of it) it is also one of the most interesting. Whimsical and weird, it still offers many practical and useful insights. Check it out: The Tantric Cookbook of Nini Tantrini

Karmamudra Text

Many texts on the Six Yoga of Naropa mention the use of karmamudra (sexo-yogic practices), expecially as an adjunct to, and extenion of, Tummo training. Many Six Yogas texts state karmaudra is absolutely necesary for thee attainment of the Illusory Body Very little of any practical value has been writen in English on the topic of Karmamudra. The below text is a rare exception
